बिहार प्रारम्भिक विद्यालय प्रधान शिक्षक नियमावली, 2024 के नियम-2(ix) में यथा परिभाषित ऐसे सभी प्रशिक्षित प्रारम्भिक शिक्षक, जिन्हें स्थानीय निकायो द्वारा नियोजित किया गया है और जो संबंधित स्थानीय निकाय शिक्षक नियमावली, 2020 से आच्छादित हैं, इसमें वैसे शिक्षक भी शामिल हैं, जो बिहार राज्य विद्यालय अध्यापक(नियुक्ति, स्थानान्तरण, अनुशासनिक कार्रवाई एवं सेवा शर्त) नियमावली, 2023 एवं बिहार विद्यालय विशिष्ट शिक्षक नियमावलो, 2023 के तहत नियुक्ति है लेकिन इसमें बिहार राजकीयकृत प्रारम्भिक विद्यालय शिक्षक – स्थानांतरण, अनुशासनिक कार्रवाई एवं प्रोन्नति नियमावली, 2018 से आच्छादित शिक्षक शामिल नहीं होंगे।
यथा परिभाषित कोई भी शिक्षक आयोग द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षा में भाग ले सकता है। बशर्ते उसके पास सरकारी प्रारम्भिक विद्यालयों में न्यूनतम 08 वर्षों का शिक्षण अनुभव हो और वह दिनांक-01.08.2024 को 58 वर्ष या उससे कम आयु का हो। वार्द्धक्य सेवानिवृति की आयु 60 वर्ष है।
सरकारी प्रारम्भिक विद्यालयों में न्यूनतम 08 वर्षों का शिक्षण अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र देने हेतु सक्षम प्राधिकार जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी होंगे।

यह पत्र दो भागो में विभक्त होगा यथा- भाग 1 एवं भाग 2.
भाग 1 एक सामान्य अध्ययन पत्र है । इसमे प्राथमिक गणित एवं मानसिक योग्यता, राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय घटनाचक्र, सामान्य विज्ञान, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन, भूगोल, भारतीय राजनीति इत्यादि शामिल है |
भाग 2 प्रधान शिक्षक के लिए डी.एल.एड. विषय एक पत्र है। उक्त विषय में डी.एल.एड. विषय के प्रश्न होंगे|
लिखित परीक्षा MCQ Objective आधारित होगी।
प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक अंक का होगा।
गलत उत्तर के लिए Negative Marking का प्रावधान नही है।
इसमे साक्षात्कार का प्रावधान नही है।
How to ApplyBihar Head Teacher Form 2024?
The application for online registration will be hosted in the BPSC website from 11 March 2024.
Applications will be received online only.
Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.
E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily.
The last date for submitting online application is 02 April 2024.
