Coast Guard Group C Eligibility

Engine Driver :

• 10th pass with Certificate of competency as Engine Driver.

Sarang Lascar :

• 10th pass with Certificate of competency as Sarang.

Fire Engine Driver :

• 10th pass and Possessing heavy vehicle driving license with three years’ experience of driving heavy vehicles in any of private or Government Organisation / Institute.

Fireman :

• 10th pass and Should be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties.
• Height : 165 Cms; Chest : 81.5-85 Cms; Weight : 50 Kg (Min.)
• Endurance Test: (1) Carrying a man weighing 63.5 Kgs by fireman lift up to a distance of 183
  meters within 96 seconds.
• (2) Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch by landing on both feet (long jump).
• (3) Climbing 3 meters vertical rope by hands and feet.

Civilian Motor Transport Driver :

• 10th pass and possess valid driving licence for both heavy and light motor vehicles.
• Should have atleast two years’ experience in driving motor vehicles and Knowledge of motor mechanism.

Motor Transport Fitter :

• 10th pass and Two years’ experience in automobile workshop.

Store Keeper Grade-II :

• 12th pass with One year’s experience in handling stores from any recognized firm or Central or State Govt organization or PSU.

Spray Painter :

• 10th pass and Should have completed apprenticeship in the trade from ITI or other recognized institutions.

Motor Transport Mechanic :

• 10th pass and Two years’ experience in automobile workshop.

Lascar :

• 10th pass and three years’ experience in service on Boat.

Multi-Tasking Staff (Peon) :

• 10th pass and Two years’ experience as Office Attendant.

Unskilled Labourer :

• 10th pass / ITI and three years’ experience in Trade.
