  • Education Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. (Regular/ Distance Learning) from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS).
  • Important Note: The applicant should have no vigilance/ disciplinary case pending against him/her and should also not be serving punishment at the time of applying.
  • Selection will be made on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the graduation. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct Online Test.
  • In case of equal graduation percentage obtained by two candidates in the merit list then the candidate having seniority in service at DoP shall be selected. In case the seniority in service is also same, the candidate will be selected bases the date of birth.
  • Candidate shall fill exact percentage of marks obtained in the Graduation up to two places of decimal as mentioned in the degree certificate. If any deviation is found in the application form with respect to the percentage of marks mentioned in the degree certificate, such applications will be summarily rejected. In cases, where CGPA is awarded, candidate shall have valid document issued by the University/Institute for conversion of CGPA to percentage marks.
  • The candidates will be called for Document Verification basis the circle wise merit list.
  • Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be published on the website.
  1. The Bank shall pay a lump sum amount of Rs. 30,000/- per month inclusive of statutory deductions & contributions as applicable to the GDSs engaged to IPPB as Executives.
  2. Tax deductions will be done as per IT Act as amended from time to time.
  3. Annual increment of lump-sum pays and incentives based on performance in business acquisition/ sales activities as decided by the Competent Authority.
  4. Further, it is clarified that no other pay/ allowances/ Bonus etc. shall be paid except those mentioned in above.

Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be made available on the website. Final select list will be published on the website.

  • The application for online registration will be hosted on the IPPB website from 11/10/2024.
  • Applications will be received online only.
  • Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.
  • E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily.
  • The last date for submitting online application is 31/10/2024.
