IREL India Recruitment 2021 Eligibility

Graduate Trainee (Finance) :
  • CA intermediate or CMA intermediate/ Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Indian University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for SC candidates and 60% marks in aggregate for others.
Graduate Trainee (HR) :
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Indian University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Diploma Trainee :
  • 3 years Diploma in Mining / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by AICTE or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates and 60% marks in aggregate for others.
Junior Supervisor (Rajbhasha) :
  • Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
  • Master’s degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. And
  • Experience: 1(One) year relevant post qualification work experience in translation from English to Hindi or Vice Versa
Personal Secretary :
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level with Typing speed of 40 wpm in English and Stenographic skills. Knowledge of Computer is essential and shall be proficient in MS Office, etc.
  • Experience: 1(One) year relevant post qualification work experience of independently managing secretarial activities of Office of GM / Director / MD/ CMD or equivalent
Tradesman Trainee (ITI) :
  • Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination from a Board recognized by the State / Central Government with ITI / NAC Fitter / Electrician with two years’ experience in the relevant Trade/ Discipline in a reputed Industrial Establishment including on the Job Training – Apprenticeship training.
Attendant Operator-Chemical Plant :
  • Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination from a Board recognized by the State/ Central Government with ITI / NAC in Attendant Operator (chemical Plant) or
  • 10+2 Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects & 50% marks in aggregate and with two years’ experience in operation of Chemical and allied Process Industry including apprenticeship training




Written Test Centre

  • Tradesman Trainee (ITI) : Bhubaneshwar
  • For Other Posts : Mumbai, Trivandrum, Bhubaneshwar

IREL India Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

  • The mode of selection for all the posts would consist of (i) Written Test [First Level Test] (ii) Skill Test / Trade Test / Computer Proficiency Test and Psychometric Test.
  • The question paper booklet for written test will be in bi-lingual form i.e., both Hindi & English.
  • Computer Based Test (CBT) shall be held for the following posts:
Diploma Trainee (Technical) :
  • Paper-I (100 Marks) : Section A : Subject Knowledge would consist of questions for testing basic knowledge of General Engineering. Section-B: The knowledge of specific discipline.
  • Paper-II (50 Marks) : General Knowledge, Numerical ability, Reasoning ability and General English
Tradesman Trainee (ITI)
  • Paper-I (50 Marks) : Subject Knowledge would consist of questions for testing the knowledge of relevant Trades.
  • Paper-II (50 Marks) : General Knowledge, Numerical ability, Reasoning ability and General English.
Graduate Trainee / Junior Supervisor / Personal Secretary
  • Paper-I (50 Marks) : Subject Knowledge
  • Paper-II (50 Marks) : General Knowledge, Numerical ability, Reasoning ability and General English
