WB Police Recruitment 2021 Eligibility

Wireless Operator :

• The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) conducted by West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) or equivalent Examination from any of the recognized Boards in Science with Physics and Mathematics.

Wireless Supervisor :

• The candidate must be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree with any of the following subjects:- Physics or Radio Physics or Electronics and Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology from any recognized University.

WB Police Vacancy Language Details

• The applicant must be able to read, write and speak in Bengali language. However, this provision will not be applicable to the persons who are permanent residents of hill sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts.
• For the applicants of hill sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts, the provisions laid down in the West Bengal Official Language Act, 1961 will be applicable.
