AICTE Recruitment 2023 Eligibility
Accountant / Office Superintendent cum Accountant:
- Degree in Commerce from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Possesses five years’ experience in Central or State Government offices, Universities, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies in accounting/budgeting/auditing/ cash and general finance matters—knowledge of Government rules and regulations.
Junior Hindi Translator:
- Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a main subject at the degree level; or
- Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject with Hindi as a medium of instruction and examination with English as a compulsory subject at degree level; or
- Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as a medium of instruction and other as a main subject; and
- Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa; or
- Two years experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa.
Assistant:
- Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Six years experience in General Administration / Accounts work.
- Working knowledge in Computer Applications.
Data Entry Operator – Grade III:
- Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Certificate / Diploma course in Computer Applications from a recognized Institute or equivalent.
- Knowledge in handling computer applications possessing a speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on the EDP / Computer.
Lower Division Clerk:
- Degree from the recognized University or equivalent.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi or a Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized Institute
AICTE Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
- Based on the online bio–data submitted by the applicant, a written test shall be conducted.
- The cut-off percentage for the written test would be suitably decided so as to shortlist candidates for the skill test for final selection in the ratio of 1:5.
- The candidates short-listed for written test/skill test will be informed by post and e–mail.
- Recruitment test for Posts at Sl. No. 1, 2, 3 (namely Accountant, Jr. Hindi Translator, Assistant) shall only have one stage i.e. written test, whereas there will be a two–stage selection test comprising of a Written test and a Skill test for Posts at Sl. No. 4, 5 (viz DEO Gr III & LDC). Qualifying in the Skill Test is compulsory.

Data Entry Operator Gr III:
- 100 Marks and 100 Minutes Duration for General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Reasoning & Mathematical Ability, General Hindi & English, and Computer Knowledge.
Assistant:
- General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Reasoning & Mathematical Ability, General Hindi & English, Computer Knowledge, Service rules, RTI Act, GFR.
Jr Hindi Translator:
- General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Reasoning & Mathematical Ability, comprehensive Hindi & English language test to assess translation abilities and Computer Knowledge.
Accountant / Office Superintendent cum Accountant:
- General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Reasoning & Mathematical Ability, General Hindi & English, Computer Knowledge, Service rules, RTI Act, GFR, Accountancy, and Income Tax Act, Government rules and regulations on budgeting, and general finance.

- Click on the ‘New Registration’ option.
- Enter the details and click submit.
- On submission, a login id will be created.
- Go to Log-in Section and click on ‘Click here for Already Registered’.
