Bihar Police Constable Result 2024: Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) has released online written examination result and cut off marks for recruitment to the post of Constable (Sipahi) in Bihar Police, Bihar Special Armed Police and other units for 21391 vacancy. The written examination was successfully conducted on following days 07th, 11th, 18th, 21st, 25th and 28th August 2024 across the entire state as per the notified examination center. All eligible applicants can download result online at CSBC official website csbc.bihar.gov.in from 14th November 2024 onwards for Constable recruitment in Bihar Police and other units. @csbc.bih.nic.in

Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2023 Eligibility

• The candidate should have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university by 01/08/2022 or Maulvi Certificate issued by Madrasa Board of Bihar State Government or Shastri (with English) or Acharya (without English) issued by Sanskrit Board of Bihar State Certificate or other equivalent educational qualification recognized by the State Government.

Bihar Police Constable Selection Process 2024

• Step 1: Written Examination: The first stage is a written examination that tests the candidate’s knowledge of topics such as General Awareness, General Knowledge, Mathematics, and Reasoning Ability. The exam is usually multiple-choice and is conducted offline.
• Step 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who clear the written examination are required to undergo a Physical Efficiency Test, which assesses their physical fitness. The PET consists of activities such as running, long jump, high jump, and shot put.
• Step 3: Physical Standard Test (PST): Candidates who qualify in the PET are then required to undergo a Physical Standard Test, which involves measuring their height, weight, and chest.
• Step 4: Document Verification: Candidates who pass the PET and PST are called for document verification, where they need to produce the necessary documents to prove their eligibility.
• Step 5: Final Merit List: The final merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination and their performance in the PET and PST. Candidates who make it to the merit list are selected for the post of Bihar Police Constable.
