- Log in and fill in all details of Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, and Personal Details in the multi-stage application form.
- Upload a scanned passport-size colour photograph (JPG, 10KB–50KB, resolution 240×180 to 640×480) and signature (JPG, max 20KB, 80×100 to 160×560 pixels).

- Date of Birth proof: 10th/X (SSC) passing certificate indicating Date of Birth OR School Leaving Certificate.
- All Certificates/Mark Sheets for each Year/Semester in support of Educational/Technical/Professional Qualifications as prescribed.
- CGPA to percentage conversion certificate issued by University/Institute (if grades awarded); if not available, the NPCIL standard conversion table will be applied.
- Experience Certificate (if any), on establishment letterhead clearly mentioning period and nature of experience, with seal & stamp and signature of Competent Authority.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer – mandatory for candidates working in Central/State Govt./PSUs/Aided Institutions.
