Sahara Refund Portal: Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS), Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India launched the Sahara India Refund Portal on 18 July 2023. The Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS) will disburse the Rs. 5000 Crores to the legitimate depositors of the Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah launched the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal on 18 July 2023. The eligible depositor can apply online for the Sahara Refund from the website mocrefund.crcs.gov.in.
The Supreme Court of India (SCI) gave its order on 29 March 2023, stating that the Rs. 5000 Crores shall be given to the legitimate depositors from the Sahara-SEBI Refund Account. So, for the purpose of Sahara Refund, the CRCS launched this portal on 18 July 2023.
Sahara Refund Portal को आज केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह की ओर से लॉन्च किया जाएगा। इस पोर्टल के लॉन्च होने के बाद सहारा निवेशकों के लिए पैसा वापसी का रास्ता खुला जाएगा। इस पोर्टल पर रिफंड का पूरा प्रोसेस होगा। इस पोर्टल के जरिए वे निवेशक अपना पैसा क्लेम कर पाएंगे जिनकी निवेश की अवधि पूरी हो चुकी है।
Sahara Refund Portal 2023 Launch Date
The CRCS Sahara Refund Portal is launched on 18 July 2023, at 11:00 am at an inauguration in Atal Akshay Urja Bhawan, New Delhi. Sh. Amit Shah launched the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal mocrefund.crcs.gov.in. The legitimate depositor may apply online for the Sahara Refund from the direct link given here.
नई दिल्ली, बिजनेस डेस्क। सहारा के 10 करोड़ निवेशकों के लिए मंगलवार (18 जुलाई, 2023) का दिन काफी बड़ा है। आज केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह सहारा रिफंड पोर्टल लॉन्च करने वाले हैं। इस पोर्टल के आने के बाद सहारा निवेशक अपना पैसा क्लेम कर सकते हैं और इसके साथ पैसा वापसी की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जाएगी।
How much money will be refunded?
In the initial phase, the refund portal will disburse up to Rs 5000 crore to depositors. However, each depositor will be able to get only Rs 10,000 in the first phase.
Amit Shah said that initially Rs 10,000 will be returned to investors on a trial basis. Slowly, the amount of refund may be increased if the trial succeeds.
As many as 1 crore and 7 lakh investors can register on the refund portal and claim up to Rs 10,000 in the initial phase.
According to Shah, there are 4 crore depositors who are eligible to get up to Rs 10,000.
Amit Shah said once this initiative succeeds, further decisions to address claims of depositors, who have more money stuck in the Sahara Group’s cooperative societies will be taken. The entire process of refund will be online.
क्या है सहारा रिफंड पोर्टल? (What is Sahara Refund Portal)
सहारा रिफंड पोर्टल उन निवेशकों के लिए लॉन्च किया गया है, जिन्होंने वर्षों पहले सहारा की योजनाओं में पैसा लगाया था और उसकी अवधि पूरी हो चुकी है, लेकिन उनको पैसा वापस नहीं मिला है। ये पोर्टल सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश के अनुसार ही लॉन्च किया गया है, जिसमें सरकार से कहा गया है कि दिसंबर से पहले निवेशकों को पैसा लौटाना है।
इस पोर्टल पर सहारा के निवेशकों को उनका पैसा कैसे वापस मिलेगा, इसकी प्रक्रिया के बारे में पूरी जानकारी मिलेगी। इस पोर्टल के जरिए सरकार की कोशिश निवेशकों को पारदर्शी तरीके से पैसे लौटाने की है।
बता दें, सहारा निवेशकों का पैसा लौटाने के लिए सहकारिता मंत्रालय की ओर से 29 मार्च, 2023 को अर्जी दाखिल की गई थी। इसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सहारा -सेबी रिफंड खाते से केंद्रीय रजिस्ट्रर को पांच हजार करोड़ रुपये ट्रांसफर करने को कहा था, जिसके बाद पैसा रिफंड करने के लिए ये पोर्टल लॉन्च किया गया है।
सहारा समूह के निवेशकों में अधिकतर मध्यम एवं निम्न आय वर्ग के लोग हैं। ये उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, झारखंड, उत्तराखंड, हरियाणा, पंजाब और मध्य प्रदेश समेत कई राज्यों के हैं।
किसे मिलेगा पैसा?
सहारा समूह के वे निवेशक जिन्होंने सहारा क्रेडिट कोऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी लिमिटेड, सहारायन यूनिवर्सल मल्टीपर्पज सोसइटी लिमिटेड, हमारा इंडिया क्रेडिट कोऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी लिमिटेड और स्टार्स मल्टीपर्पज कोऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी लिमिटेड में निवेश किया है। उन निवेशकों को पैसा वापस दिया जाएगा।

- Enter the legitimate details of the depositor
- Submit the application form for the Sahara India Refund.
