BHEL Haridwar Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Qualification
- Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Draftsman (Mechanical), Foundryman: Candidates must have passed High School and ITI as a regular candidate in 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 from an institute recognized by NCVT. General / EWS / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must have minimum 60% marks and SC / ST candidates must have minimum 55% marks.
- Welder and Electrician: Candidates must have passed High School and ITI as a regular candidate in 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 from an institute recognized by NCVT or SCVT. General / EWS / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must have minimum 60% marks and SC / ST candidates must have minimum 55% marks.
- Candidates who have done ITI as a private candidate are not eligible for this apprenticeship training.
- Only candidates who passed ITI in 2023 or after 2023 and have received marksheet from the board are eligible.
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training after ITI or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization are not eligible.

BHEL Haridwar Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Salary
- Trade Apprentice: Selected candidates will be given monthly stipend during the training period as per Apprenticeship guidelines.
BHEL Haridwar Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- Stage 1 – Merit list will be prepared on the basis of weighted average.
- Stage 2 – ITI marks will carry 70% weightage and High School marks will carry 30% weightage.
- Stage 3 – If weighted average marks are equal, preference will be given on the basis of ITI marks percentage.
- Stage 4 – If ITI marks percentage is also equal, preference will be given to the older candidate.
- Stage 5 – Candidates from Uttarakhand state will be given priority in the selection process, for which Uttarakhand domicile certificate is required.
- Stage 6 – Selected candidates must submit a medical certificate from a competent medical officer before training.
- Stage 7 – No written exam or interview is mentioned in the official notification.
