IB SA Motor Transport Recruitment 2025 Qualification
- Matriculation from a recognized Board of Education, and
- Possession of a valid driving license for Motor Cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority; and
- Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle), and
- Experience of driving a Motor Car for at least one year after obtaining a valid driving license, and
- Possession of a domicile certificate of that State against which the candidate has applied.
IB Security Assistant Motor Transport Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Tier-I Written Examination (100 Marks): An objective-type test consisting of General Awareness, Driving Rules, Reasoning, Aptitude, and English.
- Tier-II Exam (50 Marks): This stage includes a Driving Test and Motor Mechanism Test, followed by an Interview. Candidates’ practical knowledge of vehicle handling, identifying and fixing minor defects, and overall driving skills will be assessed.
- Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates will undergo verification of their original certificates related to educational qualifications, age, caste, experience, and other eligibility criteria.
- Medical Examination (ME): Candidates must pass a medical fitness test conducted as per IB standards to ensure they are physically fit for the job.
