IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Salary
- Monthly Stipend: Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992, as amended, and Corporation’s guidelines.
- Company Accommodation / HRA: No HRA or Company accommodation shall be provided to Apprentices.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Selected Apprentices against applicable codes shall be provided with one pair of safety shoes and a Helmet, returnable upon completion of training.
- General Leave: 32 days at 8 days per quarter during the period of Apprenticeship including on medical grounds.
- Casual Leave: 12 days per calendar year on pro-rata basis.
- Insurance Coverage: Apprentices shall be covered under suitable Accident Insurance Coverage.
IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- Stage 1 – No Written Test
- Stage 2 – Selection on the basis of percentage of marks in descending order obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the trade applied for
- Stage 3 – Preference to candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time
- Stage 4 – Tie-breaking by date of birth, senior by age; if date of birth is same, higher percentage of marks in Matriculation will be considered
- Stage 5 – Document Verification
- Stage 6 – Medical Fitness / Pre-Engagement Requirements
How to Apply for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026
- Visit the official recruitment portal of IOCL Apprentice and read the notification carefully.
- Candidates must complete Step I by registering on NAPS / NATS portal and applying for the relevant opportunity notified on the portal.
- Candidates applying for Codes 101, 102, 103, 108, 109, 110 and 111 must use the NAPS portal.
- Candidates applying for Codes 104, 105, 106 and 107 must use the NATS portal.
- After applying through NAPS / NATS, candidates must complete Step II by filling additional details through Microsoft Forms available on the IOCL website.
- Completion of both Step I and Step II is compulsory for completion of the application process.
- Applications submitted with incomplete, incorrect, or mismatching details in both steps, or submission at either Step I or Step II only, shall be treated as invalid.
