ISRO ICRB Recruitment 2026 Qualification
- Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (Post No. 1, 3 & 5): Graduation with minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale from a recognized University, completed within the stipulated duration of the course prescribed by the University; and proficiency in the use of computers.
- Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post No. 2, 4 & 6): Graduation with minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale from a recognized University, completed within the stipulated duration of the course; OR Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale and one-year experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer. Candidate must have minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Stenography and proficiency in the use of computers.

ISRO ICRB Recruitment 2026 Salary
Assistant / Junior Personal Assistant / Upper Division Clerk / Stenographer: Level 4 of Pay Matrix with minimum basic pay of Rs. 25,500/- per month. DA, HRA and Transport Allowance are payable as per rules. Employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme. Medical facilities, subsidised canteen, limited quarters facility, LTC, Group Insurance and House Building Advance are admissible as per Central Government orders.
ISRO ICRB Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- Stage 1 – Written Test / CBT: Written Test / CBT at notified exam centres.
- Stage 2 – Skill Test: Skill Test for shortlisted candidates in the ratio of 1:5 based on Written Test performance.
- Stage 3 – Computer Literacy / Stenography Test: Computer Literacy Test for Assistant / UDC and Computer Literacy Test plus Stenography Test for JPA / Stenographer.
- Stage 4 – Final Selection: Final selection based on marks scored in Written Test, among candidates who qualify in Skill Test.
