MRPL AE Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- Stage 1 – Shortlisting via GATE-2026 Score: Initial shortlisting is based purely on valid GATE-2026 marks (out of 100). In case of a tie in GATE marks, the candidate with higher marks in the essential qualification (degree) will be ranked higher. Shortlisted candidates are called in the ratio of 1:5 (1 post : 5 candidates), category/reservation-wise.
- Stage 2 – Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates participate in Group Discussion as part of the selection process.
- Stage 3 – Personal Interview (PI) & Document Verification: Candidates called for Personal Interview will undergo document verification at the time of interview. Final merit list is prepared as per MRPL’s prevailing rules.
Note: MRPL reserves the right to add, modify or delete any test in the selection process. A panel of suitable candidates may be created and kept valid for one year.
