GSDS Recruitment 2024 Eligibility

Driver:

• Should have passed eight standards. ii) Permanent license of motor driving. iii) Three years’ experience in driving and ability to carry out minor repairs.

Safai Sevak:

• Fifth Standard

Carpenter:

• Should have passed eight standards.
• Experience of having worked as Skilled Carpenter.

Security Guard:

• Eight Standard

Guide:

• Degree in Arts preferably with Indian History as one of the subjects.
•  Intimate knowledge of Gandhian Philosophy,
• At least two years’ experience of working in a field organization/ museum/ art gallery.

Administrative Officer:

• At least a Graduate with 10 years’ supervisory experience in financial and administrative matters in a Govt. office or autonomous organization.

Librarian:

• Post Graduate or equivalent, ii) Degree in Library Sciences from a recognized university/ institution, iii) Five years’ experience of working in libraries of Central Government / autonomous bodies / recognized institutions of repute.

GSDS Selection Process 2024

• Administrative Officer: Persons those who are shortlisted will be required to appear before the Selection Committee. On the recommendation of the Selection Committee the competent authority will make the appointment.
• For Other Post: No interview will be held for these posts. A written Test, if required will be conducted for Group B &C. A detail of syllabus and exam pattern will be posted on the website in due course of time. All the shortlisted candidates will be required to appear before the Selection Committee for general assessment.

• The application for online registration will be hosted on the GSDS website from 01 Jan 2024.
• Applications will be received online only.
• Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.
• E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily.
