- Applications may be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications, suitability, experience and other criteria decided by the Institute.
- More stringent criteria than the minimum advertised eligibility may be used for shortlisting, and candidates with higher qualifications and merit may receive preference.
- The selection process may include a Screening Test, Written Test, Presentation, Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview, as applicable.
- The schedule will be sent to shortlisted candidates through their registered email address. No separate hard-copy letter will be sent.
- Lists of shortlisted and non-shortlisted applicants will be displayed on the Institute recruitment website. Representations against shortlisting must reach the Institute within 5 days from publication of the list.
- The Institute may offer appointment on a contract basis instead of a regular post depending on qualification, experience and/or performance in the selection process.
