ITBP PST Details (Physical Standard Test)
The PST evaluates candidates’ physical measurements such as height, chest (for males), and weight. Failure to meet the standards results in disqualification.
- Height Measurement: As per the standards mentioned above.
- Chest Measurement (for males only): A minimum 5 cm expansion is required.
- Weight: Must be proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.

ITBP PET Details (Physical Efficiency Test)

Male Candidates
- Race: 1.6 km in 7.5 minutes
- Long Jump: 11 feet (3 chances)
- High Jump: 3.5 feet (3 chances)
Female Candidates
- Race: 800 meters in 4.5 minutes
- Long Jump: 9 feet (3 chances)
- High Jump: 3 feet (3 chances)
Exemptions
- Ex-servicemen are exempted from the PET but must appear for the Physical Standard Test (PST).

- Visit the official website of ITBP: recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in.
- Click on the “Login” section on the homepage.
- Enter your login credentials such as Email ID and password.
- Here you will see the list of All the recruitments you have applied for.
- Then click on the “My Application” link given.
- Click on the “Admit Card” link given in front of each post.
- The “Admit Card” link tab will be shown in green color if the admit card for that post is released.
- Your admit card will be displayed on the screen. Download and print it for future reference.
