NEET UG Admit Card 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released online exam city intimation slip and admit card for National Eligibility-cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2026) for admission to the undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions in India. The NEET UG 2026 shall be held on 03rd May 2026 at different location throughout the country and abroad. All eligible aspirants can download their exam city slip online on the official NTA NEET UG website neet.nta.nic.in from 12th April 2026 onwards for NEET UG 2026.

NEET UG Exam City Intimation Slip 2026 Notice

The National Testing Agency is conducting the National Eligibility-cum Entrance Test (UG) – 2026 at different locations throughout the country (552 Cities) and abroad (14 Cities) on 03 May 2026 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:00 P.M. in Pen and Paper mode.

The candidates are required to check/ download their Examination City Intimation slip for NEET (UG) – 2026 (using the login credentials) from 12 April 2026 onwards.

NEET UG Admit Card 2026 Instructions

The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website (https://neet.nta.nic.in/) and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on the Date and timing as indicated in their Admit Card.

No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination Centre, on the Date and Timing other than that allotted to him/her in his / her Admit Card.

In case a candidate is unable to download his/ her Admit Cards from the website, he or she may approach the Help Line between 10:00 am to 05.00 pm or write an email to NTA at neetug2026@nta.ac.in.

NEET UG Entrance Test Pattern 2026

The Test pattern of NEET (UG) – 2026 comprises Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology). The question paper will consist of 180 compulsory questions which must be attempted by the candidates in 180 minutes.

The pattern for the NEET (UG) – 2026 is as under :

How To Download NEET UG Admit Card 2026

Here are following simple steps for online downloading of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) 2026 admit card:

  1. Visit NTA NEET UG 2026 official portal https://neet.nta.nic.in.
  2. In the middle of home page under Candidate Activity section click on the given link as “Download Admit Card for NEET (UG) – 2026”.
  3. You will be redirected to admit card download page of NEET UG 2026.
  4. In the admit card download page enter your Application No. and Password correctly in the specified field.
  5. Next, fill Security Pin as shown in that page correctly to proceed for further step.
  6. Finally click on Login button to download your admit card from NEET UG server.
