IDBI JAM and AAO Vacancy 2024 Eligibility

Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
• Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/ IT related aspects.

AAOs – Specialist:

• years degree ( B.Sc/B Tech/B.E) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture engineering, Fishery Science / Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary science, Forestry, Dairy Science / Technology, Food Science / technology, Pisciculture, Agro Forestry, Sericulture from a University recognized / approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC.
• Minimum 60% for General, EWS and OBC candidates (55% for SC / ST / PwBD candidates) or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
• Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/ IT related aspects.

IDBI JAM and AAO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
• The tests except the tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
• Candidates have to qualify in each of the four tests, by securing cut-off marks as decided by the Bank.
• For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected/final score
