For Post Code 02 to 10:
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for each application.
However, initially, all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs. 750/- (Rupees seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as a processing fee.
The Processing fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written test, as under:
Rs. 750/-: i.e. refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC / ST / PWBD, Ex-Servicemen).
Rs. 500/-: i.e. after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.
For Post Code 11 to 26:
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for each application.
However, initially, all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) per application as a processing fee.

First Class Diploma in Cinematography / Photography Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institution
Scientific Assistant:
First Class B.Sc. with Computer Science as the main subject from a recognized University/ Institution. OR
First Class B.Sc. with Physics as the main and Mathematics & Chemistry as ancillary subjects from a recognized University/ Institution. OR
First Class B.Sc. with Physics as the main and Mathematics & Chemistry as ancillary subjects from a recognized University/ Institution.
Library Assistant ‘A’:
Graduation in First Class.
First Class Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Library & Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.
Technician ‘B’:
SSLC/SSC pass + ITI / NTC / NAC in any one of the following trades from NCVT i.e. Chemical, Attendant Operator (Chemical), Instrument Mechanic (Chemical), Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Laboratory Assistant (Chemical). OR
SSLC/ SSC pass + ITI/ NTC / NAC in Electrician Trade from NCVT. OR
SSLC/ SSC pass + ITI / NTC / NAC in Fitter, Machinist, Electronic Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Plumber, Pump Operator cum Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic and Ref. & AC Trade from NCVT.
Draughtsman ‘B’:
SSLC/SSC pass + ITI / NTC / NAC in Draughtsman (Civil or Mechanical) Trade from NCVT.
