CUET PG 2025 Notification Pdf
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification for the CUET PG 2024 on 02 Jan 2025. The NTA has invited the online application form for the CUET PG 2025 Examination. The NTA will be conducting the CUET PG 2024.
The CUET PG 2024 Notification has been released by the NTA on 02 Jan 2025 and the online application form has been started on the same day. Eligible candidates can apply online for the CUET PG 2025 from the website https://pgcuet.samarth.ac.in.

CUET PG 2025 Eligibility
For appearing in the CUET (PG) 2025, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the bachelor degree/equivalent examination or appearing in 2025 irrespective of their age can appear in CUET (PG) 2025 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria of the University in which they are desirous of taking admission.
- For admission in Universities through CUET (PG) – 2024, the existing policies regarding quota, category, relaxation, reservations, qualification, subject combinations, preferences etc. of the respective University shall be applicable.
- As the eligibility criteria for admission may be unique for every University, the candidates are advised to visit the University website to which they are applying for their respective programs.
- Candidates are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess the eligibility criteria laid down by the University they are applying to.
- Mere appearance in the Entrance Test or securing pass marks at the test does not entitle a candidate to be considered for admission to the Programme unless he/she fulfils the Programme wise eligibility conditions of the University they are applying to.
Selection Process of CUET PG 2025
- Merely appearing in CUET (PG) – 2025 does not confer any right to the candidate for admission to the desirous University.
- The selection and admission is subject to fulfilling the admission criteria, eligibility, rank in merit list, medical fitness, verification of original documents and such other criteria as may be prescribed by the University, the candidate is applying for.
- Admissions are handled at the level of the Central and Participating Universities for their respective programs. After the declaration of the CUET (PG) – 2025 result by NTA, the respective Universities will declare the counselling/ admission schedule and merit list based on the CUET (PG) – 2025 score and the other criteria of the respective University.
CUET PG Exam Mode and Medium of Question Papers
- CUET (PG) 2025 will be conducted in Computer Based Test mode only.
- CUET (PG) 2025 will be conducted in English and Hindi (Bilingual) except for language and M.Tech Higher Sciences and Acharya papers (check details from Bunching List available in the Information Bulletin).
CUET PG Syllabus and Test Pattern 2025
- Candidate can choose maximum of four question paper codes. List mentioned below.
- There would be no General Test with each paper.
- The candidate can choose General paper as a Subject. The comprehension part of these papers would be English or Hindi as chosen by the candidate during registration.
- Duration of Exam would be of 90 Minutes.
- The Question paper will have 75 Questions.
- Four marks would be awarded for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Languages papers will be in concerned language except Linguistic which would be in English
Marking Scheme:
- Each question carries 04 (four) marks.
- For each correct response, candidate will get 04 (four) marks.
- For each incorrect response, 01 (one) mark will be deducted from the total score.
- Un-answered/ un-attempted response will be given no marks.
- To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose one option as correct option.
NTA CUET PG Score 2025
- The NTA Score of CUET (PG) – 2025 would be valid for admission to the academic year 2025-26 only.
- Scores and candidate data would be shared with all the participating University/ Institute where he/she has applied.
- The University can draw the merit list based on total score or only on the score achieved in section II the Domain Knowledge Section.
- Evaluation of multiple-choice questions of all the Test Papers will be carried out using final answer keys and the raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate will be considered further for computation of the result of CUET (PG) 2025.
- For multi-shift papers, raw (actual) marks obtained by the candidates in different shifts/ sessions will be converted to NTA Score.
How to Apply CUET PG 2025 Online Form?
- The application for online registration will be hosted on the CUET PG website from 02 Jan 2025.
- Applications will be received online only.
- Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.
- E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily.
- The last date for submitting online application is 01 Feb 2025.
